The project has flats in an affordable cost for middle class people. It has good connectivity to the city.

My office is near Wipro junction and I was looking for buying an apartment in Gachiboli area. All the completed buildings were having only leftover flats so practically speaking there were no good choices available.
Hence I decided to opt for an under construction project. Since the property prices in Hyderabad are very low currently, this also made more sense as by the time project gets over, the apartment value would increase a lot. This can be attested by the prices of good completed projects in area.
I searched more about Jain Housing and found out that they are very big.. My colleagues from Chennai who are staying in their buildings had all commended their construction quality & amenities. So I was half convinced. Remaining convincing was done by their offer under which I don’t have to pay any EMIs; it took a lot of burden off my shoulders.
Pricing was also not an issue since everybody else is selling at an equal rate. However, their floor plans are very spacious compared to others and the approvals are in place, which is not with the case with quite a few other projects. Amenities are also good.
All in all, my wife and I are very satisfied with this investment. I would a like to thank Anil for a very good service in getting loan and other formalities completed which saved a lot of my personal time.

First impression is the best impression – this is what I could say about Jain’s Alpine Meadows. We saw many gated communities before we saw this project but noting impressed me and my family. We have purchased a 3 bedroom flat of 1431 sq ft in the first floor with additional Open to Terrance area of 149 sq ft. Jains Alpine Meadows is located in the picture view location of Thiruneermalai and all around greenery fields are there which belongs to the Thiruneermalai’s temple. Since this is the temple property there is no possibility of any construction coming around and the picture view will remain intact, protecting the pleasant environment.
The location is far away from industrial area; hence any hazards of pollution won’t be there.
Now recently the lake around is being developed as a boating area and all around garden and walking track, this is coming up in the greater Chennai environmental development program.
It is very near to Chennai airport, is an advantage to me as both of my children are living abroad.

As soon as I saw the model apartment it was just wow.. how smartly the space has been utilized. It feeling of a "A Real Royal Apartment".
