General coverage

• Frequent cleaning and dusting without hindrance to client’s functioning, cleaning toilets, staircase, common areas (covered under HK scope), portico, lobby, cobwebs clearing, glass doors & windows, staircase hand rails, etc..
• Water Management – plumbing, taps, wash basin leaks, motors (covered under HK scope), swimming pool maintenance etc….
• Electrical works such as maintaining and replacing bulbs, tubes, replacing switches covered under HK Scope and ensuring adequate lightings are available
• Gardening – loosening the soil, removing withered leaves, removal of weeds, maintaining foot path, watering plants and trees within the premises regularly
