• The booking amount being paid is subject to the risks involved in any Electronic Payment Transactions including due to any technical failure in the payment gateway operations and Jain Housing & Constructions Ltd (Jain Housing & Constructions Ltd) shall not be liable/responsible for any failure of any payment transaction's or for any amount's debited from the Applicant's account but not credited to the account of Jain Housing & Constructions Ltd due to any technical error in settlement or otherwise and the Applicant's shall not have any claim/s against Jain Housing & Constructions Ltd for such failed transaction's.
• An order number will be generated and provided to the Applicant's post booking with an amount ranging from Rs.25,000 to 1 Crore which shall mandatorily be required to be referred/quoted by the Applicant's in all it's their communication. Order Number will be emailed to the Applicant on the email id provided during the filling the contact form.
• The above said payment is merely towards expressing an interest only for an apartment in our project and by virtue of the said payment, no right, title, interest or claim of any nature is created in the project or any of the apartment to be constructed thereon. The Applicant thereafter shall be required to submit a detailed Application Form and shall duly comply with the terms and conditions of application form along with payment of balance 10% booking advance money within 15 days of signing the application form. And also require to comply with the terms and conditions of the Agreement's to be executed later with Jain Housing & Constructions Ltd the application process will be done in consultation with Jain Housing & Constructions Ltd.
• Jain Housing & Constructions Ltd will intimate the applicant's about the available details of Floor Number/ Apartment Number/ Other Details in accordance with the apartment applied by the Applicant within 48 hrs hours from the time of the said transaction and thereafter the Applicant shall submit the Application Form duly filled; accepting payment Terms & Conditions within a period of 7 days from the date of said transaction along with balance 10% of booking advance.
• Jain Housing & Constructions shall have the right to reject the booking without assigning any reasons

Refund & Cancellation Policy

• On cancellation of the booking, cancellation charges may be applicable and the charges varies from project to project. This shall be mentioned in the detailed terms and conditions of the booking allotment form.
• After deducting the cancellation charges, refund shall be processed within maximum of 15 working days.
