First impression is the best impression – this is what I could say about Jain’s Alpine Meadows. We saw many gated communities before we saw this project but noting impressed me and my family. I am glad to have invested in Alpine Meadows. Firstly, the project is from Jains. Added to it, the project is location is excellent. Its well connected to the Airport, Pallavaram station as well as outer ring road. The project has been designed extremely well- may it be the concept of private balconies or only 4 floors per tower. The fresh water Thiruneermalai lake in the vicinity makes me rest assured of pure & natural water to drink. The water table of lake is good so I don’t even have to worry about paying for water in swimming pool for years to come.. The view of Thriuneermalai temple from balcony is priceless. The pricing is very affordable. This is the next upcoming residential corridor of Chennai & in 2 years, the prices are bound to go up to 5000/- per sq. ft.

Jain Alpine Meadows project near pallavaram is really an excellent project and in fantastic location. It is very near to great SSM school, Chrompet. Within 30 minutes, you can reach the heart of the city T Nagar. This project is very close to Airport, Railway station and Bus stand at a best affordable price. We have purchased a 3 bedroom flat of 1431 sq ft in the first floor with additional Open to Terrance area of 149 sq ft. We thought of using this area for gardening.We are very eagerly awaiting to use gym, Swimming pool, children play area, and so many other amenities which are there in this project. Their customer service department is very nice & they are also very coordinative.

Jains Alpine Meadows is located in the picture view location of Thiruneermalai and all around greenery fields are there which belongs to the Thiruneermalai’s temple. Since this is the temple property there is no possibility of any construction coming around and the picture view will remain intact, protecting the pleasant environment.
The location is far away from industrial area; hence any hazards of pollution won’t be there.
Now recently the lake around is being developed as a boating area and all around garden and walking track, this is coming up in the greater Chennai environmental development program.
It is very near to Chennai airport, is an advantage to me as both of my children are living abroad.
